About Ryan Walsh
I grew up on both coasts of the country, spending significant periods of my youth in Connecticut, California, and Virginia. I attended college at Boston University, graduating in 2003. I then moved down to Atlanta to attend the Emory University School of Law, graduating in 2007. After graduating law school, I began my career at Joel and Associates, helping clients who had been injured in auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, police chases, slip and fall cases, and negligent security cases.
In the early spring of 2013, I joined W. Scott Smith, PC, where I focused primarily on criminal cases, including preparing and handling trials for clients. I handled all types of criminal cases, including traffic citations, DUIs, drug charges, domestic violence cases, theft crimes, and other misdemeanor and felony matters. I handled all of the firm’s City of Atlanta Municipal Court cases, creating strong relationships with Judges, solicitors, and staff throughout the Atlanta Municipal Court.
I love attending concerts, watching unique movies from all over the world, cooking and baking, listening to jazz records, and watching sports, especially the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
